1. Acceptance
By using our website, visa portal or mobile apps (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services through a parent or legal guardian.
2. Our role
MB Group Malta is a private company providing visa, education and business consulting and application-preparation services. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with the Government of Malta, the European Union, any embassy or consulate. Decisions on visas and permits are made solely by the competent authorities.
3. No guarantee
We work to maximise the quality of every file, but we cannot guarantee approval, processing times or outcomes.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
- Keep your login details confidential and tell us of any unauthorised use.
- Do not submit forged or misleading documents, misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, or use them unlawfully.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Submitting false information may lead to rejection of your application by the authorities.
5. Fees and refunds
Our service fees are communicated before your file is opened. Government, embassy, visa-centre and third-party fees are set by those bodies and are paid in addition. Refunds are handled under the service agreement or fee schedule agreed with you; fees already paid to authorities are generally non-refundable.
6. App licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it. All content, logos and software remain our property or that of our licensors.
7. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and MB Group Malta only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC, who have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and are not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and Google (and their subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS and Android apps respectively. You must also comply with the applicable app-store terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions of authorities, delays outside our control, or for losses caused by inaccurate information or documents you provide. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Availability and changes
The Services are provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance. We may update the Services or these Terms; continued use after the update means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the competent courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
