Hitman: Absolution was released on November 20, 2012 and was a fifth game in a series about a silent killer. The developer again performed “Io Interactive”.

The locations were also transformed, if earlier we had the levels of the sandbox, by which you could walk and think through strategies for a long time, now we have received division into small blocks from the average system location in the middle. In total, this gives mobile experience that differs from the previous games of the series. The goals illuminated by markers, predicted by a strip on the floor, victim movements, new abilities and pleasant shooting mechanics make opponents an inconspicuous obstacle. Absolution (from English. “Atonement of sins”) is not just in the name, but is the leitmotif of everything that is happening. Since the “Hitman” is not quite ordinary, then “absolution” he has a peculiar. The plot begins on how our hero is issued a contract for the elimination of his former coherent, Diana Burnwood. For a long time it was she who was a link between the agency and the forty -seventh. Now she is a traitor who issued all the secret information about the agency. For this, in turn, a contract was assigned to her. We make our way through the tons of the guards and by the stagnation of it by surprise, after which we make a decisive shot. With her last words, she tells us to read the note left for us. In it, Diana asks us to preserve Victoria from the agency, a girl subject to experiments on creating a murder machine. Having survived all the horrors of secret laboratories and respecting Diana, the hero responds to a request. Soon the girl will be kidnapped, forcing the agent to go on their heads and at the same time look for information to save Victoria. In the end, he defeats the villain, exterminates the agency and rescues the abducted, leaving the mountains of corpses along. The ending is the most lubricated moment of the plot, when the “commissioner Venom Snape” asks, if we really killed Diana. “Yes,” I answered to myself, starting to think. But it turns out that no. At the end, Diana is alive, and there is a scene in which the girl dumps the pendant from the balcony. Now to the questions how the agency could not verify the dead purpose? When the forty -seventh managed to hide it? Why is Victoria getting rid of the pendant, which like her life supported her?!

For passing the duration of eight hours, the game leads you through the not bad plot of the militant, albeit with caricature characters. Problems only with execution, bugs are found, smart NPCs are not very annoying moments, in front of the eyes, which can be blown up, but they will not notice anything. Fortunately, the problem is not too critical and does not interfere with immersion. Hitman: Absolution is a good but peculiar game. In it you can feel like an uncontrollable agent forty -seven and shoot plenty. If you have a couple of free evenings, then I know how you can take yourself.
